Thrive Online is a third-person shooter inspired by Players Unknown Battlegrounds. Up to 24 different players face off on an island chocked with weapons – only one man comes out alive.

Controllers in Thrive Online are simple and intuitive: swipe your finger across the left side of your screen to move your character around; on your right is where you'll focus your character's aim. Towards the right side of your screen you'll also find action buttons for: jumping, quick dodging and shooting. Whenever you approach a crate you'll find a button to pry it open to grab at its content.

Development in Thrive Online is reminiscent of Players Unknown Battlegrounds. Initially scattered randomly all over the map, players move about an over-developed terrain packed with houses and other buildings to hide in. Within these hideaways, you'll find loads of crates full of weapons, armor, and (much needed) ammo, etc. Stash all the loot you can grab if you want to make it out of here alive.

Thrive Online is a shooter that builds upon a fun premise and offers a solid game experience. An outstanding addition to Android, this game is not without its complexities, and a quick match can easily drag on into an intense 15 minute campaign. If you're capable of surviving that long – that is.
